Faucets and sinks
Kitchen and bathroom faucets, sinks, sink boards and the cabinet damage underneath when a leak has been sitting.
Vanities
Removed and replaced, plumbed back in and sealed properly.
Supply lines and drains
Shut off valves, supply lines, traps and drain lines that leak or run slow.
Toilets
Replacement, reseating, running toilets and the flange underneath when it has failed.
