The reason bathroom remodels drag on is usually coordination, not the work. When the demo crew, the framer, the tile guy and the trim carpenter are all different people, every handoff is a delay. I do it with one crew.
Tear out, framing changes, backer board and tile, vanity and fixture swaps, trim and paint. You get one person to call and one schedule to follow.

Down to the studs and back again, including layout changes where the framing allows it.

Tub to shower conversions, tile surrounds, floors, backer board done properly so it lasts.

Vanity, sink, faucet, toilet and hardware swapped out clean.

Sometimes. It depends on the framing and where the plumbing runs. I will tell you straight what can move and what cannot.
How long is a bathroom down for?
It depends on the scope, and I will give you a realistic window before we start rather than an optimistic one.
